BAM Rose Cinemas Promo

You might know me personally. If so, you know that I recite from memory the Nicole Kidman AMC promo in the same way a devout Catholic might recite the Lord’s prayer.

So it was with great pride as an AMC Stubs A-List member that I had the good fortune of helping out some friends at the Brooklyn Academy of Music with this promo spot for the BAM Rose Cinema, which “took inspiration” from one of our most cherished Australian movie stars and her endearing, truly bizarre visit to America’s favorite theater chain.

I think I succeeded in writing a cue with enough similarities to evoke the original spot, while also infusing some of myself and my style. Enjoy!
