In addition to my love of film scores, I grew up listening to and playing pop punk and electronic music, so my approach to composition has always been deeply rooted in melody. Melody, to me, is the heart of every piece I write, whether it's a massive orchestral motif or something more intimate. I've worked hard to develop this aspect of my music, and it’s often what listeners and collaborators praise most. Below are a few examples of my favorite melodic work that showcase this strength.

SOUND

I’m passionate about creating rich, layered soundscapes that envelop the listener. For me, the bigger the sound, the more it resonates emotionally. However, I also believe in doing what’s right for the picture or project. Every production has its own voice, and it’s crucial to craft a score that enhances and elevates the story without overshadowing it. My goal is always to create a soundscape that complements the narrative in the most impactful way possible.

GENRE

While my favorite genres to watch are science fiction and horror, I have a particular love for composing music for animation and romantic comedies. These genres provide so much opportunity for creativity, especially when it comes to crafting memorable melodies and motifs. Animation, in particular, allows me to be playful and bold, while rom coms offer a canvas for emotional, nuanced scoring that supports the characters’ journeys.
